As it is still a 'brrrrrrr' winter in the Southern Hemisphere, Cape Town makes no secret of celebrating wind, rain, and extreme cold simultaneously!

So a good coat, warm lined boots and a scarf is the suitable solution to your frozen 'not-so-fetish'.

And today 'Tonal shades'  is my fashion drug of choice!
