21 Beauty Trends That Need to Die in 2015

Image
I found this amazing article in COSMO and they are spot on with the beauty 'trends' which need to be buried in 2015. I am a firm believer that 'less is more', and make up and hair should be as natural as possible, the purpose being 'to enhance and accentuate' :-) Enjoy ladies! 1. The side-shave:  Skip shaving the side of your head this year and instead, curl your hair to achieve all-over volume, and then tuck one side behind your ear for a sleek look, like stylists did at Jenny Packham's runway show. 2. Forced waves:  Really done-up hair can look contrived rather than effortlessly cool. For a more current take on curls, opt for unpolished bends (seen at the Narciso Rodriguez show), which you  can create with a flat iron . 3. Noticeable contouring:  This year it's all about subtle contouring, which will give you a more natural outcome and still sculpt your cheekbones to perfection. 4. Fan-like lashes:  Amping up your lashes is a surefire

My top 5 Grammy dresses for 2015

Swiftly Taylor!! Taylor lengthens her petite frame with this beautiful silk gown. The skirt overlay lengthes the leg while the halter neckline balances her smaller shoulders. Rihanna in RED! Riana's pear shape looked fully balanced in her sheer halter dress. The chiffon drapes softly over her widest hip area, while the diagonal line of the the halter balances the shoulders! 10/10!!! Simple yet elegant!! Jennifer Hudson embraces the new shape in a simple, yet elegant Tom Ford dress. Less is more!! Black remains beautiful!!! Beyonce looks like she is a size 8 in this gorgeous burnout chiffon gown. I love the way the underbust band lengthens and slims her torso and legs!! :-) Angelic Adriana Grande in Atelier Versace I love asymmetry. This is probably one of the most interesting dresses I saw, -  and loved at the Grammy's. Interesting lines, and I am a sucker for white and silver combo's especially if it's chic and unique :-)
