Plaids and pastels

Image
Plaids are a trend that is feminine, playful, and this season its updated volume sleeved tops, dresses, and I opted for a high waisted skirt! Newest item in my collection! Instead of a plain T, try a 'special sleeve' to 'feminise' your look! I teamed mine with a mullet (high-low) to compliment the sleeve ruffle detail. Lavender and pink is always a great combo - so there is no need to contrive the look with accessories matching the colours perfectly. Asong as it is in the same colour hue it works! Bag your heels and swop them for a gorgeous heel, and voila!  Viva la Diva! Here are some simple tips on how to get ready for New Years eve! Depending on what you have planned, it is very important to dress comfortably, and in styles that suit your body! Shape is important! Depending on your tastelevel, you are welcome to vary your from either a sexy dress to a chic trouser - top ensemble. I love dresses. It is feminine, chic, and has so many different personalities – sophisticated, regal, sexy, playful, etc. Glam up your new NYE with sequins, shimmer details or just a touch of glam in a gold or silver belt! If you opt for a trouser set, choose a top in lace, chiffon, mesh or embellished details with a bit of sheer for sexy sophistication. If you dare to be divaliscous, short is sassy honey! How to wear your bellsleeve top

Image
The bell sleeves are still the hottest thing for the season. It's a great alternative to a white shirt and I designed one with a band that is easily adjusted AND covers the booty! Wear with a lightwash or darkwash denim The adjustable tie is great and can easily be swopped with a chunky belt! To make the outfit a bit less formal - wear with a ripped jeans! Even a boyfriend or bootleg is great! You can decide whether you want a belle sleeve that has a lot of volume or as above - just slightly flared. Smart sheers

This summer, the sheer 'Ballerina' trend is probably the biggest allround. I decided to show it off in a beautiful, whimsical style instead of the layered urban looks we see so often. I designed an empire maxi with an angel sleeve which could provide some arm coverage, if you need it! The empire lengthens your torso... And when layered over a tonal (similar colour) dress, it softens the look.  Try yours with a shorter dress as an option to the maxi and slightly show off your legs! The range of ladies and menswear, sported lifestyles reminiscent of the Cicilian beach side, included off shoulder dresses, fringe details, bodycon dresses, and denim. The launch featured some tropical island and palm printed blow up chairs, a photo backdrop with tropical trees and PVC chairs, which beautifully bounced back the ultraviolet light next to the runway. Guests were welcome to help themselves to canopies and a complimentary bar, while socializing. Amongst the list present were Jimmy Nevis, Craig Lucas, Jo-Ann Strauss, Siv Ngesi, and Leigh-Anne Williams. Swimwear   is a very fun, feminine summer, taking loads of inspiration from the retro/sporty 80’s and 90’s! One Piece Low backs Remember the sexy ‘Baywatch’ movie? Well the one piece   90’s is back in full swing with the scooped back and high leg.       Get yours either plain, or with logo print on the front! One Shoulder The 80’s one shoulder is spot on!     This style is very sexy and super slimming. The diagonal line lengthens and draw the eyes down. Perfect for busty and curvy girls - especially apple shapes! If you are smaller on the bust, opt for a costume with built in padding :-) Tropical Prints   Foliage prints/Floral prints especially in palm prints are great, just make sure you choose a print with a suitable background colour (for bigger women, not too bright/loud)     Cut-outs           Cutouts are a great way only show off the parts of the skin you are comfortable wi
